Hi, I'm Tom Renk, the Broker here at C.M. Brewster & Co. My wife Nancy and I have lived in the Sandpoint area since 1972. In 1985 we bought C.M.Brewster & Co. from our colleagues. Nancy is a historian, and has devoted much of her life to the rich history of North Idaho. Our interest in the vast unrefined land of northern Idaho brought us here, where we have been fortunate to have raised a family of two beautiful daughters. Years of experience in the unique geography and background of the North Idaho region have aided me in successfully helping locals to sell and buy their North Idaho property. Issues facing an owner of North Idaho real estate are unique, including alternative energy which we have long dealt with.
